Usage Instructions:

  • Use 180 g of cure for every 4.54 kg (10 lbs) of pork.
  • Cure meat for 1 to 1 ½ days per pound to achieve the desired texture and flavour.
  • Additional salt may be added to taste, if necessary.

Ingredients:
Salt, Sugar, Sodium Nitrite, Sodium Nitrate, Silicon Dioxide (anti-caking agent), Sodium Bicarbonate (manufacturing aid).
