Our Dinner Sausage Premix combines classic seasoning with a rich, savory flavour, perfect for creating hearty, delicious sausages that complement any meal. Ideal for those who enjoy a traditional, comforting taste.

Unit:

910 grams – intended for 25lbs of raw meat emulsion.

Instructions:

1. Combine seasoning with approximately 1L of cold water.
2. Pour over meat and mix well, slowly adding more water if/as required.
3. Once the desired consistency is reached, stuff into your casing of choice.
