Our Pure Pork Sausage Seasoning Binder is designed for making classic, high-quality pork sausages. This carefully crafted premix combines toasted wheat crumbs, savory spices, and just the right amount of seasoning to create a perfect pork sausage with excellent texture and flavour. Ideal for those seeking a traditional pork sausage experience.

Instructions:

1. Combine the seasoning (2 lb / 0.91 kg) directly with raw meat (19.25 lb / 8.7 kg).
2. Mix the seasoning thoroughly into the meat.
3. Gradually add 3.75 lb (1.7 kg) of water/ice to the mixture, slowly adding more water as needed, until you reach the desired consistency.
4. Stuff the seasoned meat into your casing of choice once properly mixed.
