Unit:
1.44kg – intended for 25lbs of raw meat emulsion.
Instructions:
- Combine seasoning and start with approximately 1L of cold water.
- Pour over the meat and mix well, slowly adding more water if/as required.
- Once the desired consistency is reached, stuff into your casing of choice.
