At JB's Sausage Maker Supplies, we want you to be fully satisfied with your home processing equipment and ingredients. If an item doesn't meet your expectations, you may return it within 30 days of purchase provided it is in its original, unused condition.

Return Process

  Reach out to our customer service team with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all manuals and accessories are included to qualify for a full refund.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided return label or ship the package via your preferred carrier to our warehouse facility in Saskatchewan.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the equipment or supplies, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
